A stout and roomy cruiser!
Rawson 30 Ketch built to cruise |
This Rawson 30 is a heavy, full-keel cruiser in a small package. SOLD or No Longer Available! |
The forward cabin is equipped with a hanging locker, as well as clothing lockers above and below its two bunks. The head is the size of a dressing room, with toilet, wash sink and counter, mirror shelf, two large lockers and solid door for privacy. The dinette drops down to the two benches and form a wide double berth. The cockpit is deep and dry with molded-in back rests and room for seven to nine people. The 12,000 lb. Rawson 30 is about thirty-three percent heavier than the average 30-foot fiberglass sailboat, making her extremely rugged. With a full keel and 5,000 lb. of ballast, she's a stiff sailing vessel. Powered by a Mercedes 33 hp diesel with only 1,300 hours, this vessel has two GPSs, auto pilot, VHF radio and stereo. Deck gear includes good ground tackle, a manual windlass, and all lines are led aft for easy single-handing. For a complete gear list and specifications, Click
