This Cotton 43 Cutter has all the basics for a good liveaboard cruiser.

his Cotton 43 Cutter, built in 1979, has more space than most cruising sailboats in the same size range, including a head with bathtub! The previous owners sailed this vessel to Mexico from Southern California several years ago after rebuilding the diesel and stripping and resealing the ferrocement hull. Haulout and bottom maintenance done in 2001. Powered by a Perkins 4-107 diesel (being rebuilt now), the boat includes an electric windlass, five sails, a hard dodger and four berths. Needs some electronics and basic cosmetic work. Overall, she has all the basics for a good comfortable cruiser.
