This Vessel was completely reconditioned in 1992/94 with new sails, engine, everything aboard was replaced or reworked during this time period. The vessel is basically only about ten years old.

Head accessible from aft stateroom and main cabin.
Galley: All galley equipment was upgraded in 1992/94. Propane tanks mounted on deck forward of cockpit and have protective covers. System has regulators and safety features to prevent inadvertent escape of propane.
Stove/Oven: Seaward Princes 3 burner Propane with a Xintex Propane control system. Pot retainers for stove top included.
Refrigerator Built in refrigerator with Nor Cold compressor located beneath aft berth.
Sink: 12X14X10 stainless steel. Storage below. Has demand fresh water. (Shur Flo pump is mounted in engine compartment). Salt water faucet uses foot operated Whale gusher Mk II pump.
Storage/Pantry located aft of galley counter. Has 4 shelves and storage below.

Propulsion system:

Main Engine: Engine is located aft of main compartment and accessed by lifting stairs. Access from rear and side doors as well.
Manufacturer: Yanmar 3 cy1 diesel installed new in 1992 (3CGM30F) 2611 hrs April 6, 2002. 24 hp. Wet exhaust to stern, fresh water cooling, Low oil alarms, engine compartment ventilated by blowers.
Fuel filters: Racor w/water separator. Located in engine compartment Included: Baja fuel filter with screens and water separator.
Under water Machinery: 1" Stainless steel shaft supported by bronze strut Propeller is 16" X 12" Bronze three blade.

Electrical System:
D.C. System: 12 volt 5 Group 27 90 amp Prevailer Gel Cels. In 3 Banks. 1 starting, and 4 house batteries.
Breaker Panel: Marinetics Corporation. Mounted on starboard engine compartment bulkhead. With 12 breakers and battery selector switch and meter.
Monitor: SVS 4 bank battery monitor with default alarm. (monitors electric bilge pump as well.)

Anodized Aluminum mast with insulated backstay for Ham radio.


Charging System:
Alternator: Balmar 75 amp with Airs. II external regulator system.
Solar Charging system: 4 Siemans M-7S 50 Watt solar panels with Trace C30A+ Regulator. And Blue Sea Systems Ammeter.
Battery Charger: Pro Mariner Flyback 20-3. Three bank, three stage charger. With 5O’ 30 amp. Marinco shore power cable.

Fuel System:
Main Engine: One 28 gallon tank located in forward starboard compartment. 18 gal tank located behind cabin seat ( abandoned temporarily). Both steel. Plus 4 5-gal. mounted storage aft starboard deck.
Manifolds/shutoff: in engine compartment Easy access.

Fresh water system:
Potable Water: 20-gal. under V-berth port side, 35-gal. under port settee main cabin. Manifold in engine compartment
Hot Water: 2 3-Gal. hot water tanks. Heated by engine or 110 volt
Water Maker: PUR 35 Reverse Osmosis with prefilter. Complete with cruising kit and extra filters.
Sanitation:
Head: Raritan PH II toilet with intake filter. Over board discharge.
Shower: Located in head supplied with both Hot and Cold water. Automatic bilge overboard.
Vanity: Stainless steel sink, cabinet w/mirror above and storage cabinet below. Also location of battery charger.

Steering System:

Type: Yacht Specialties Pedestal type with Morse Cabling. Engine
